Need to exchange your order? We have a 10-day exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your order to request an exchange.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- If any of your stainless steel pieces tarnish or break after first wear, please contact us with your order # and a photo of the jewelry item and we will assist you.
- There are only a couple exceptions to our exchange policy:

- Custom items are made just for you, so we can’t return or exchange them. We hope you understand!
Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- We understand that accidents happen!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or body jewelry), sale items, gift cards and body jewelry (such as nose rings, nipple rings etc.). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
