Hold Policy

• Kindly take that we have a 48-hour hold policy.

• If there is an item you see online or on our social media that you would like us to hold, please let us know and we will hold it for you for 48 hours without a deposit.

• A deposit of 50% is required to hold items for longer than 48 hours.

• If the order is not collected or paid for within the 48-hour hold period, the item(s) will be restocked and the order will be cancelled.
